Livingstone Academy is an independent, non-profit, private school that specializes in ministering to the needs of children with unique abilities and their families. Livingstone Academy serves students in grades 1-12; providing a continuum of services based on the individual requirements of each student. We provide a positive learning environment for students with Specific Learning Disabilities, Autism, Asperger’s, Speech and Language disorders, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), and Cognitive and/or Developmental delays and intellectual disabilities.

At each location, our dedicated team of educators understands the unique learning styles of each student and makes all accommodations to meet their needs. Our strategy of a “small group learning model” ensures that each student receives the individualized attention necessary to reach their greatest potential. We believe that every child can learn in the right environment and Livingstone Academy is a safe, loving school where students can learn, grow and go on to accomplish great things.

Livingstone Academy, founded in 2003, is a nonprofit, private school program that specializes in serving the unique needs of children with learning disabilities. We offer our students a foundation of love, acceptance, and accountability. We provide each student the proper support and intervention that is needed to be successful. With four locations, we are the state of Florida’s largest school for students with unique abilities. Our team of caring and experienced educators work hard every day to meet the academic, social, and emotional needs of our students. Each location is quite different, and they are designed to meet the specific needs of each student enrolled at Livingstone Academy.

We are currently the largest private school program in Hillsborough County specializing in educating students with IEP’S and 504 plans. We currently serve over four hundred students in our four locations.
